Skinny Girl In Transit Season 7 is Back This January!

‘Skinny Girl In Transit’ is a Nigerian comedy web series by NdaniTV. It follows the struggles of Tiwa, a plus sized young girl living in Lagos, dealing with the pressures of wanting to be in a relationship and to be successful. Launched in 2015, ‘Skinny Girl In Transit’ is one of the most successful web series, powered by GTCO.

In the latest installment of Skinny Girl in Transit, there is an arrival of a new member in Mide and Tiwa’s family. The sleepless nights, constant diaper changes and the resulting impact on their professional lives begin to strain the once-strong bond between them. Despite overcoming various hurdles in their journey, navigating these challenges might prove to be their most formidable test yet.

The spotlight shifts to Tiwa’s closest friend, Didi, who is in the midst of planning her dream wedding to Editi. However, Editi, having experienced the intricacies of marriage before, envisions a more intimate celebration. As they prepare for their special day, Didi’s excessive efforts as a stepmother to Editi’s children lead to unforeseen consequences, prompting a reconsideration of their shared future.

The web series stars Abimbola Craig, Ayoola Ayolola, Sharon Ooja, Ngozi Nwosu, Beverly Naya, Timini Egbuson and many more actors. Kunle Remi, Diane Russet and Tony Umez will be joining the cast in season 7.

The new season comprises of ten episodes which is confirmed to be released on NdaniTV YouTube channel on January 26th, 2024.

The writers involved in the upcoming season are Bunmi Ajakaiye, Lani Aisida, Ifeanyi Barbara Chidi and Abdul Tijani Ahmend. Bunmi Ajakaiye takes the helm as the series director.

Season 6 of ‘Skinny Girl In Transit‘ aired on February 14th, 2020. The web series has six seasons which are all available on YouTube in NdaniTV.
