The Diary
Julia Arokor, Nadia Buari, Narsh Alexis Smith, Uchenna Chukwunta
-Story: [1 out of 5] I liked the general story of this movie, however if it was a little more well built and if a little more time was put into it, it would probably have not ended up as such a train-wreck
-Originality: [0 out of 5] Not very original I must say.
-Predictability: [0 out of 5] Very very predictable.
-Directing/Editing: [0 out of 5] Whoever directed this movie is most definitely an amateur [or better said, a newbie]. They were moments in this movie that could have made it a really good movie but since the director was unable to capture the rare epicness of the moments [if epicness is a word] the movie came out terrible.
-Acting quality: [0 out of 5] The only person’s name I knew in this movie was Nadia Buari but yet for some reason I decided to continue watching. Alright, agreed, Julia Arokor is not a bad actress but all the rest of the people in this movie…. *shaking my head*. The rest of the cast inspires me to go and act.
-Setting and Costume: [1 out of 5] The furniture in Nadia and Julia’s room looked like something from my Great grandmother’s village living room. Before this movie, I was certain that that print had been annihilated or better still locked up and burned. I shudder to think that who ever put the furnitures in expect me to believe that that was the only furniture Nadia’s supposedly rich parents could afford… spare me.
-Video and Audio Quality [0 out of 5] The audio for this movie was beyond terrible, not only did I have to constantly leave my hands on the volume controller, sometimes I could not because whoever edited it forgot to reduce the volume of the background soundtrack whilst the actors were talking.
-Soundtrack [2 out of 5] I actually really liked the soundtrack to this movie even though I do not know what it means. However, I am pretty certain that I have heard it in some other movie, not sure which movie though.
