Entrapped
Halima Abubakar, Joyce Kalu, Mercy Johnson, Olu Jacobs, Ramsey Nouah, Yul Edochie
-Story: [2 out of 5] The general idea of the story is a tad bit over done but that does not change the fact that it is a good story.
-Originality: [0 out of 5] Like I said before, the story is very overdone just ask Pete Edochie, he should know considering that he is usually the one that plays the heartless father.
-Predictability: [0 out of 5] It is an overdone story that uses the same ending like all the other hundred versions of the movie. ‘They all lived happily ever after. The End’ [sorry for spoiling it for you]
-Directing/Editing: [3 out of 5] No major grievances, I don’t know if Nollywood is getting better or I am getting blind because I am getting less and less to complain about in this section daily. What can I say Ugezu is doing his thing.
-Acting quality: [3 out of 5] The acting quality was superb considering that it was a star studded movie. Or maybe it is just because I am delighted to see Ramsey Noah on my screens again. Ah! [I heard he looks even better in person. I can’t fathom how he could possibly look any better than he currently does. Anyway, moving on]
-Setting and Costume: [3 out of 5] No complaints from me. You?
-Video and Audio Quality [1 out of 5] This is another one of those movies in which you have to keep your hands on the volume control. The day, Nigerians will conquer this thing in all their movies, I will give thanksgiving. When they talk you have to increase the volume and when the background music begins, you have to turn it back down. May God deliver us oh.
-Soundtrack [2 out of 5] Fair
