Jim to Mercy:
Who are you calling a cultist?
Do cultists look this good in your father’s town?
Oh… so because you have ass like J.Lo you think you can just say whatever you like…

-Story: [3 out of 5] All in all, the story was quite entertaining, rather long, but entertaining nonetheless
-Originality: [3 out of 5] Actually…. very much so. For starters, not many royal movies have young kings. I don’t know of another royal movie that starts in this manner and I don’t know another movie that originally starts by being interesting, ends well but annoys the viewer by being excessively prolonged.
-Predictability: [2 out of 5] For the most part, in the first two parts, Yes! But the Royal Kidnap portion was not only unprecedented but also not predicted.
-Directing/Editing: [2 out of 5] First of all the movie is too long… when I decide to watch a movie, I’m scheduling an hour to 180 minutes max and not 24 hours. And *SPOILER* in the scene where Jackie Appiah kidnaps herself and calls her brother, Yul, for ransom. The voice over the phone sounded just like Jackie so it is beyond me that Yul doesn’t recognize this.
-Acting quality: [2 out of 5] My stance on Biola Ige remains the same… please spare us all and choose a different career path. This was one of Angela’s first movies but it doesn’t excuse her horrible acting. Rest assured that she has improved (at least, last I saw). Ali Nuhu… all I can say is that he acts well as a guard. Extras couldn’t act, especially the village champion friend of Jackie Appiah’s. Ugezu is one of the few directors that I don’t mind his acting. Jackie looked pretty breathtaking as a princess.
-Setting and Costume: [2 out of 5] The king’s outfit was utterly ridiculous looking like a table lamp cover or better still like a dog neck cone…. (google it).
-Video and Audio Quality [1 out of 5] At some point the audio becomes lower than the music, at some points they are just whispering all in all the audio could do with some work but this improved later in the movie. It’s a 2009 movie, hence, not much was expected of the video quality
-Soundtrack [2 out of 5] Like the instrumentals. Like the musical score. Hate the singing
LMAO@ The memorable Lines. Sounds like a fun movie to watch.
