-Story: [0 out of 5] I honestly wouldn’t say that there is an actual story behind this movie. I mean, I’m trying to imagine myself sitting down and trying to narrate this story to someone “…so there was this fine guy and he was living with this girl then he met this babe and she wanted him so he used her then he met this other babe and then he wanted her so he got her and then it happened over and over again”. You’d have to agree with me that that’s not much of a story
-Originality: [0 out of 5] Same storyline as 75% of Van Vicker movies. In fact, this is the same story as Ramsey Noah in “Casanova” (loosely but still); the same story as many Pat Attah and Muna Obiekwe movies. Actually, to get more specific, this is the same story as Majid Michel in “Playboy”.
-Predictability: [0 out of 5] The question really should be whether anyone was willing to watch all four parts to care enough about how it would end.
-Directing/Editing: [2 out of 5] Two things: 1) No movie needs to be this long (especially one like this that has absolutely no point). And secondly, movies should at least have a story line to support them. This movie is good for one thing and one thing mainly, in my opinion, to put you to sleep (it’s also good for another thing though, for females only, to stare at Van all day and marvel at his beauty)
-Acting quality: [2 out of 5] The talent of all supporting actors is really doubtful. Strongest performance in my opinion was Mercy Johnson. Oge Okoye had this fake intonation in her voice in my opinion, it was just very… unantural. Van Vicker o dear Van… we thank God you are a pretty boy sha. But truth be told… let’s line up all the useless pretty boys: Van Vicker, Artus Frank, Leo Mezie (did I miss anyone?), I’d still take 10 Vans over half an Artus any day because at least Van can speak English (and Van is obviously the finer pretty boy) lol, to put it simply: Van Vicker did as Van Vicker does. Walter Anga irks me…. eek! I don’t know why. But speaking of irritating… the character that played Uncle Geoffrey??(real name Ed Nnasor)… o my God… with all due respect sire… PLEASE STOP IT! I want to transport myself to the screen and strangle you with my bare hands. What the heck are you speaking? Stop it now! Argh. Asides from the intonation, Oge Okoye carried her role out perfectly well. Not much can be said about the other actors in this movie.
-Setting: [3 out of 5] Adequate
-Costume/Make-Up: [2 out of 5] I’m going to state these ones simply. Firstly, Mercy Johnson needed ProActiv (cos darling, mac powder can only do so much). Oge Okoye needed to wear those scarves of hers on the right outfit (the look is not multipurpose and multioutfit. It only works some of the time not all of the time). And uh… why was fine boy Van Vicker wearing the same white clothes in every scene?
-Props and Graphics: [3 out of 5] On Point
-Video Quality: [3 out of 5] Ok
-Audio Quality [1 out of 5] Up and down many times
-Soundtrack: [3 out of 5] Love it! Love it! Love it
-Musical Score: [3 out of 5] Nicely done
Useless Pretty boys…hmmm
