-Story: [3 out of 5] The story was interesting and HI-larious!!! Honestly, it was a bit far-fetched in some parts and Kemi’s character was too clueless and naive to be normal. But despite these, the story still had cohesive plot that was understandable and engaging.
-Originality: [0 out of 5] Movies about obsessed women who will stop at nothing have been done so many times, I almost didn’t want to see it. But nothing could have stopped me from seeing Chidi speak Yoruba.
-Predictability: [0 out of 5] Overall, it was extremely predictable – Omotara gets thrown into jail or dies. But the movie scores points when it comes to Omotara’s craziness; the things that girl did, I did not expect that at all, she’s cray cray.
-Directing/Editing: [2 out of 5] Overall it was good directing, even though I noticed a few mistakes. My main problem was with the casting, Kemi and Omotara were portrayed to be these young sexy potatoes, and while Bukky Wright and Toyin Alausa are beautiful in their own right, I did not think they were ideal for the role.
-Acting: [3 out of 5] Choi! Bukky Wright. It’s been a while since I saw her in a movie, but she’s still the amazing actress we all know her to be (right from Super Story days). Her character was supposed to be crazy and scary; and she played it to the Tee! She looked like she belonged in Yaba Left (psychiatric hospital). Chidi, oh Chidi. He did such a great job in this movie oh. His delivery was as smooth as peanut butter. He’s one of the better actors we have, no doubt, but his performance in this movie was great to see. However, a lot of the extras, especially the policemen sounded quite stoic and confused.
-Setting: [3 out of 5] The exterior of Omotara’s workplace was looking more like a house to me.
-Props and Graphics: [2 out of 5] Yes!!!! One of the few Nigerian movies where the offices actually looked like they were being used. There were papers, files, and stationery. Not just one laptop to occupy a big table.
-Costume/Make-up: [1 out of 5] Not the best at all. They managed to dress both women in extremely unflattering outfits.
-Video Quality: [3 out of 5] This was good, the quality was clear.
-Audio Quality: [3 out of 5] I had no problems here.
-Soundtrack: [4 out of 5] Two words, Tope Alabi. It was catchy and fun.
-Musical Score: [3 out of 5] Appropriate.

best movie 2012
OK NR! This movie was CRAZY! Sometimes I was trying to figure out which way the writers/director was going with this – was she supposed to be made out to be someone psychotic who truly need intervention, which would have presented a movie with strong messages, or was it truly supposed to be a hilarious dramady (comedy/drama), that we could watch purely for entertainment. I personally continued to watch because the Omotara character was so annoying at times, that you just wanted to see what else she was going to do. I remember someone commented on YouTube – “why are we all still watching this movie!”. But I think the story was actually well developed, as the writers delved into the mind of a really crazy woman who would stop at nothing to get what she wanted, although there were some parts that were just totally unrealistic. Bukky played her role to the tee! Gotta give her props. Loved Chidi in this one, but the ending was ridiculous. Just totally unrealistic. Woman kills best friend and fiancee, then holds new wife and child hostage with gun, in the end, he shakes hands with her, and becomes friends/business partners with the husband, she doesn’t go back to jail, and everyone sings a hymm at the end. Right. I personally think the Omotara character should have been presented as someone with major mental issues, who needed intervention. That way, it really could have been an educative movie. But I will give it points for entertainment.
