SYNOPSIS: An unhappy wedding planner (Tonto Dike) had to plan a royal wedding only to find out she's a princess and stories of her birth unfolded thereafter.
The sequel to the movie, "Never Love A Prince" is called "Royal Gamble"; the sequel to "Royal Gamble" is called "King's First Born". The movie has six parts: Never Love A Prince part I and part 2, then Royal Gamble part 1 and part 2 and finally King's first born part 1 and part 2

Very poor script development and acting
-Story: [1 out of 5] Well… it’s… if.. hmm… what I’m trying to say is that the story on it’s own (i.e the script alone before it was produced) must have been… could have been… might have had the capacity to entertain but…. but the movie was just…. CRAP!
-Originality: [0 out of 5] We’ve seen this story before. We’ve seen it numerous times over. Thankfully, the other versions were better than this one (I don’t remember any specific one, but I’m pretty certain it would be quite the task to beat this movie when it comes to ridiculousness). So if at any time your craving for a movie about a royal family gone haywire ever becomes too much to handle, my appeal to you is that you find a different version (cos Nollywood has told that story a million and one times, there’s no reason for you to have to settle for the worst version)
-Predictability: [0 out of 5] Definitely
-Directing/Editing: [0 out of 5] It’s in four parts (i.e the pain was dragged on for four hours). Why? I don’t know. Horrible angles. Horrible photography… no art whatsoever in the cinematography (if I can call it that).
-Acting quality: [1 out of 5] One of the many things that excited me about the upcoming “76” movie by Izu Ojukwu was that Chidi Mokeme was a part of it. Not because na him act pass but because it means that he has begun to realize that even though no be him act pass, still no be am worse pass. So what I want to know is, why someone who has been acting almost since the inception of the industry would stoop to starring in such manner of ludicrous bull as this one. Tonto Dikeh, I understand. E no be like say the babe dey select better script before. She and Mercy Johnson are two actresses whom I personally think can act yet are not as picky as they should be with their scripts. The other actual actor in this movie was Ebele Okaro. Everyone else was the pits. Moyo was a little (actually, ‘a lot’) too gra gra in this film. Ejine Okorafor aka ‘big boobed girl’ from “Miss Queen” still can’t act. I was saying after seeing “Royal Wedding” that Prince Nwafor was probably not that bad of an actor and needed to be given more major roles. I was wrong! He do well in the minor roles… it’s not yet time. Abeg, na from where una take import this guy wey una dey call ‘king’? Y’all couldn’t find Olu Jacobs abi wetin? Guest appearance by director, Theodore Anyanji (I hope he’s not trying to pull an Ugezu J Ugezu o. He berra stay behind the camera). Ali Nuhu’s acting is too robotic and…. wait! I think that’s about it.
-Setting: [0 out of 5] The palace set did not seem grand enough to be referred to as a ‘palace’. Every set seemed like the bare minimum
-Costume/Make-Up: [3 out of 5] Ok
-Props and Graphics: [0 out of 5] Hian… the way people were flying through doors in this movie eh. In the words of Dj Zeez, “you go fear fear”
-Video Quality: [1 out of 5] Did not like the lighting at all at all
-Audio Quality [1 out of 5] Needs to eliminate background noises and audio keeps wavering between ridiculously loud and mute
-Soundtrack: [3 out of 5] Good

Tonto is a bad actress… She has no class, we have d genevieve’s, d mercy’s and so on.. But tonto is bad, no potential, nothing… I saw tonto in holy cross with jim iyke and nonso diobi, and I was like we may hav seen omotola’s replacement… But I was wrong, its like she is making an effort to be bad.. Bad scripts, bad roles, everything is bad.. I don’t blame her though, a lady has to see food to eat.
