Probably the best subtitling I've seen in a Yoruba movie so far
Really backward costuming and sets (at some points)

-Story: [2.5 out of 5]
The movie is easy to watch, the storyline is easy to follow. It really isn’t anything fascinating (at least not to those without a strict Yollywood diet). Following it from the perspective of those who watch strictly Yoruba movies, and for 2008 too, then the movie is arguably ‘intriguing’. But judging it for what it is, it’s simply an OK storyline
-Originality: [1 out of 5]
The concepts are very much the same as most other movies, just a different approach
-Predictability: [0 out of 5]
Mostly very predictable
-Acting quality: [3 out of 5]
Fairly impressive job especially from Doris Simeon playing both twins, and Yinka Quadri as the father. Yinka Quadri mostly because I have a bias towards him, I’ve not seen him in too many movies but in all I’ve seen him he’s been pretty decent. And Doris Simeon because she carried the two roles of polar opposites quite well.
Everyone else involved in the production did a great job. Unlike most other movies, the extras in this movie were actually good actors (mostly because most were actual stars)
-Setting: [1.5 out of 5]
Some of the sets looked very backwards, and I can’t say this is because it’s 2008 because I’ve seen regular Nollywood movies from the same year with better (more modern looking) sets
-Costume/Make-Up: [1 out of 5]
What I don’t understand is how she’s such a huge celebrity yet she goes about wearing mini-skirts from 2001 (I mean, this is like Genevieve back in ‘Sharon Stone’ attire) and spaghetti tops. Really? No. If you’re going to act the part, look the part as well. Even though not all of Omotola’s attires in “The Celebrity” were all that, it was still more convincing than this. And those plastic weaves? What is up with that? It just doesn’t convince that you’re a celebrity
-Props and Graphics: [2 out of 5]
I noticed that the supposed wheelchair used in the hospital scene was not actually not a wheel chair, but an office chair with wheels
-Video Quality: [2.5 out of 5]
Mostly good, except for when it wasn’t and that was in the scenes where the video would randomly blur
-Audio Quality [3 out of 5]
On point
-Soundtrack: [3 out of 5]
Good
-Musical Score: [3 out of 5]
Nicely done
