Just One Kiss
Artus Frank, Gavivina Tamakloe, Kalsum Sinare, Martha Ankomah
-Story: [0 out of 5] Alright, maybe I was a tad bit unkind in the introduction but it is the fact. Maybe this movie had a story but it was not well developed at all. I guess if you filter through the debris of this movie enough you might eventually find the story, in my opinion it is not worth the search. Nollywood Forever has categories on her site that go Watch it? Definitely, maybe, only if bored or bin it! In my opinion, binning this movie will be too kind, please proceed to break it into tiny little pieces and flush it
-Originality: [0 out of 5] Nothing original about this movie. It is not the first time Martha Ankomah is putting her backyard on world display, it is not the first time Artus Frank is not pronouncing words right, it is not the first time that a woman marries a man for his money, and neither is it the first time that this story has been told.
-Predictability: [0 out of 5] Yes! Yes! Yes! Hello! It is still a Martha Ankomah movie. What else can happen in a movie with Martha in it?
-Directing/Editing: [0 out of 5] The script writer should be fired. This movie had the worst dialogues I have ever seen in my entire life… what kind of nonsense line is
A: Thank you B: Thank you for thanking me
-Acting Quality: [1 out of 5] In my opinion, there was only one actress in this movie… Kalsum Sinare. How they got her to agree to act in this movie is beyond me. In fact, considering all the nonsense actors in this movie, Artus Frank was made to look like Leonardo DiCaprio. The girl given the role of Mr. William’s daughter, besides having a stupid undeveloped character was able to execute it with a manageable level of decency. Her acting is very present in delivery, as per verbal delivery or head shakings but her body language…. the horror! I firmly believe that if Martha doesn’t start selecting her scripts more carefully her fate will become worse than that of Oge Okoye.
-Settings and Costumes: [2 out of 5] It seems like Martha has a problem with fabric. And who dressed Kalsum?
-Video and Audio Quality [2 out of 5] Good.
-Soundtrack [2 out of 5] I like the beat but like the movie, I had no idea what the lyrics were about
Haha meanie! But thank u for warning us. I think now u shud reply “Thank you for thanking me” 🙂
