The sequel to "Heart of a Widow" is called "Final Widow". Altogether, the movie has four parts: Heart of a Widow Part 1 and 2 then Final Widow Part 1 and 2.

-Story: [0 out of 5] Personally, I thought the storyline was many degrees of ridiculousness. The basis for Artus’ blackmail was entirely ludicrous and if Mercy’s character had put in enough thought (as she certainly should have) she would have been able to avoid the entire situation (and cut a 4 part movie into a 2 or even 1 part movie).
-Originality: [3 out of 5] In all it’s elements and with the many aspects that were extremely unrealistic, I can’t fault this movie for originality
-Predictability: [1 out of 5] …it was bound to happen eventually.
-Directing/Editing: [0 out of 5] First of all… the movie was in FOUR parts and for those who don’t know… my philosophy is simple: If a movie is in four parts it can never get higher than a 3 for directing because unless you are telling a story about all the corrupt officials in the history of Nigeria, there is no story that needs to be that long. There was no apparent cinematography. Many shaky camera scenes. Many unrealistic wtf moments (like why was Mercy just standing there watching Artus’ kill her husband? How did the knife, in the murder scene, suddenly disappear from the table and land on the floor without being moved?). I do, however, commend the movie makers on starting the movie immediately… i.e as soon as the first scene starts the action begins… no unnecessary sofa scenes.
-Acting quality: [3 out of 5] Mercy and Ken did their roles justice. Artus still can’t speak English and I’m still on the fence about Angela Okorie.
-Setting: [3 out of 5] Adequate
-Costume/Make-Up: [1 out of 5] Remember when this movie came out and there was all this hype about it because apparently Mercy Johnson was going to shave her hair for the movie. And then when the movie came out, I don’t know about anyone else but I could hardly sit through it… only for me to get to the hair shaving part and realize that it wasn’t even integral to the story line…. “like wtf? Why couldn’t y’all just get a bald cap?” I am of the opinion that the whole hair shaving news and publicity was just that, a publicity stunt! And uh… what’s with Kenneth and all that sweaty armpit.
-Props and Graphics: [2 out of 5] Like I pointed out in the directing, the camera just keeps on working magic in this movie.
-Video Quality: [3 out of 5] Ok
-Audio Quality [3 out of 5] Ok
-Soundtrack: [3 out of 5] Nice
-Musical Score: [3 out of 5] Nicely done

What have I done (2ce)
What crime did I do?
What fate is this?
Never knew…
That love could be a curse
Oh oh
Never knew, someday things would turn around
I’ve been battered against so many cries
My life is shattered
All of man alike
Oh
It’s always for tears (2ce)
The heart of a widow
