Wendy is sleek and quick, Mercy, quiet and poisonous and Eno, open and explosive. Together, these three friends play a game of stealing men from each other without considering the consequences.
The movie Brave Mind has six parts and three different names and they are in this specific order. Brave Mind 1 & 2; Hand of Fate 1 & 2; Sins of the Past 1 & 2

-Story: [0 out of 5] Yeh! I’m tired of the hustler babes story line and the man thieving. E don do… there is nothing new that we can do with the storyline. Shall we please move on to better tinz
-Originality: [0 out of 5] Same hustler babes storyline… different angle. And… I didn’t watch past part 3 because… (I no fit lie) I was just tired of the movie. And this is coming from someone who endured Fazebook Babes, The Last Secret and other orisirisi useless movies. I just couldn’t… and then it was now 6 parts long? Ha! Abegi… Chukwu a’mankwe ihe ojo. E no do me reach that side
-Predictability: [0 out of 5] Again I don’t know what happened in the end but the movie took the usual pathways with the one single conniving character (Mary Remmy), the gra gra babe Lord (Eve Esin), the misjudged repentant one (Mercy Johnson), and the ‘man’ (Artus Frank)
-Directing/Editing: [0 out of 5] Overly prolonged scenes. Overly prolonged scenes. OVERLY. PROLONGED. MOVIE! Wow!!! Fashee… I don’t care if you are telling a story about the history of Nigeria… this ain’t ‘ROOTS’ so darling no movie needs to be that long! Sheesh. I was really extremely annoyed by all the yeye one sided phone conversations in the movie (you know the one where you can only see and hear one person in the convo. The other person on the other side is simply alluded to). And many-a-scene in this movie, Eve Esin breaks out into her native language and I feel like they should have put subtitles on those scenes for non ‘native’ language speakers like me (I say ‘native’ because I always get into trouble for calling all non-hausa, non-yoruba, and non-igbo speakers ‘calabar’. Because apparently I’m supposed to be able to tell the difference between calabar, akwa-ibom, ibibio, efik and all the others. Puh-lease when all I hear is ‘ebitamPONG ekidamPONG edikaiKONG imaBONG e ga ha pong… no offense).
-Acting quality: [1 out of 5] Mercy Johnson and Eve Esin carried this movie for me. Mary Remmy was good but I feel like she is beginning to overdo all these ‘useless girl’ roles (the one where the babe has some major unnatural flaw. In blackberry babes she was thieving to get BB and in this one she is lying to get man). I think she needs to start watching the scripts she chooses before she goes down the Oge Okoye path and unfortunately for her, like Oge Okoye had the movie “Miss Queen” to redeem her, she might have nothing to redeem her. It’s cool if Eve Esin does all these hustler babe roles because most of us remember her as simply the yoruba woman from “Innocent Pain“. Her image is defined but for Mary, there is still room for impression (or… maybe it’s too late. I mean…. we all now remember her from Blackberry Babes). All the extra ‘man’ in this movie usually could not act sheeshee. Some (by this I mean one whose name I do not know) were just pretty and you could tell that’s why they got the role but for them to now come and act. They are just sitting on top of a bed reciting lines. Extras sucked! I mean… where did they get this array of talentless newcomers??? Artus o dear Artus…. I’m tired of getting on your case really because I figure I’m beginning to sound like a broken record. But something hit me in this movie, Artus Frank is not a bad actor… as long as you remember to mute all his dialogues (…and monologues)
-Setting: [3 out of 5] Ok
-Costume/Make-Up: [2 out of 5] Hia! Omo the shirts these babes are wearing in the name of dresses though… may God deliver men. Kudos to the person who did Mercy Johnson’s blind eye makeup… I mean I didn’t watch the movie to the part where I could see the eye well well but no be because of blind eye way I go take siddon for another 3 hours in the name of movie.
-Props and Graphics: [2 out of 5] Boom… (wait for it…) Mic!!! Sorry, we can not possibly still be at this level though? But that’s what happens when you have so many parts: there are too many so you can’t catch all your mistakes
-Video Quality: [3 out of 5] Good
-Audio Quality [3 out of 5] Ok
-Soundtrack: [4 out of 5] Loved it.
-Musical Score: [4 out of 5] One thing that was unarguably well done
