The storyline portrays the essence of the film: “Following years of persistent efforts, Ara and Biodun are on the verge of parenthood. However, on the evening of a joyous dinner with their dearest friends, a conflicted Ara receives the results of a paternity test she initiated, setting the stage for an eruption of emotions. What was meant to be a celebration unfolds into a night of startling revelations, potentially unraveling the fabric of each relationship, for better or for worse.”
PAFF, a homage to black film, art, and culture, is poised to grace Los Angeles from February 6 to 19, 2024. In addition to the eagerly anticipated Shaping Us, the roster of confirmed Nigerian titles shows, This Is Lagos and Mojisola, both masterfully crafted by Kenneth Gyang.
